These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and masaya365 ("masaya365," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the masaya365 online gaming platform available at https://masaya365.app (the "Platform").

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

masaya365 does not knowingly permit underage gambling. If you are aware of any person under the age of 21 accessing the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

To access the full range of masaya365 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active masaya365 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. masaya365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify masaya365 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• Identity Verification (KYC): masaya365 may require you to complete identity verification procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

masaya365 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

All financial transactions on the masaya365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• masaya365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your masaya365 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. masaya365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. masaya365 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ₱50,000.
• masaya365 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 10 minutes and bank transfers within the same business day, subject to verification requirements and system availability.
• masaya365 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

masaya365 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable game weightings are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiration date. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• masaya365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• masaya365 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.

masaya365 offers a range of online gaming products including slots, bingo, fishing games, and live dealer tables. The following terms apply to all games available on the Platform:

• All games on masaya365 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or player identity.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, masaya365 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Game rules specific to each title are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• masaya365 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on unavailable markets, and to correct any errors in game results or payouts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the masaya365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors must be reported to masaya365 and will be forfeited.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the masaya365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of masaya365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of masaya365.
• The masaya365 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of masaya365. You may not use these marks without prior written authorization.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to masaya365 regarding the Platform may be used by masaya365 without restriction or compensation to you.

masaya365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

masaya365 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and masaya365 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

masaya365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, masaya365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond masaya365's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Actions taken by masaya365 in good faith to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.

masaya365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your masaya365 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

11.1 Termination by You: You may close your masaya365 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to identity verification and applicable processing times.

11.2 Termination by masaya365: masaya365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• masaya365 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• masaya365 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have not logged into your account for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account).

Upon termination for breach, masaya365 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

masaya365 operates with awareness of the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming activities in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

masaya365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, masaya365 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the masaya365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Closing your account after the effective date will be treated as acceptance of the amended Terms.
